1. Shipping Time

Upon successful clearance of payments, we will process the order within 2-3 working days. Standard delivery process will be as below:

2. Overseas Delivery

Those items for shipment to countries outside of Malaysia may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees.

Stolle (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is no liable to pay any import fees imposed by destination customs.

The standard delivery process for overseas takes about 14 to 30 working days.

3. Return Policy

We will accept returns from customers within 7 days from the date of receipt of the shipment by you on the following conditions:
1. Incorrect or defective item(s) delivered to you; and
2. The items returned to us is in their original condition.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, we will then send the item to our inspection team who will assess whether a manufacturing fault is present, then depending on the results offer a refund.
If the item that you returned has been certified damaged or faulty, or isn’t what you ordered upon receiving, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery charge is not refundable if the return is due to change of mind, unsuitable or no reason.
We will refund or exchange the same or different products with the same value of money depending on the customer’s request.
All returns must be unworn and unopened, and undamaged, in their original condition with all original tags attached and/or in their original packaging which must also be undamaged in its original condition.
The original packaging must also be returned in its original condition and must not be marked, labelled, damaged, or taped.
The refund process takes about 7-14 days depending on your payment method.
Stolle (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to decide for the item sold out deem non-refundable or exchangeable.
