Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently offer shipping services exclusively within Malaysia and Singapore.

For customers within Malaysia, we offer standard and expedited shipping options to cater to your delivery preferences. If you are located in Singapore, rest assured that our shipping services are designed to ensure your orders reach you in a timely manner.

Please note that at this time, we do not provide international shipping outside of Malaysia and Singapore. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to explore our diverse range of products available for delivery within these regions.

How long does it take to ship my order?

(i) Delivery within Malaysia
Upon successful clearance of payments, we will process the order within 2-3 working days. Standard delivery process will be as below:
West Malaysia: 1 to 7 working days
East Malaysia: 1 - 14 working days

(ii) Overseas Delivery
Those items for shipment to countries outside of Malaysia may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees.
Stolle (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is not liable to pay any import fees imposed by destination customs.
The standard delivery process overseas takes about 14 to 30 working days.

How do I track my parcel once my order has been shipped?

(i) Click the “account” icon located in the upper right corner of your screen.
(ii) Once in your account, locate and click on “My Orders.” Here, you will find an overview of all your orders.
(iii) Find the specific order you want to track and click on “View Order.” This will take you to a detailed view of your order, including invoice and shipment information.
(iv) Within the order details, click on “Order Shipments.” Here, you will find information related to the shipment of your order.
(v) Look for the Tracking Number(s) associated with your shipment. It will be a unique identifier, for example, "MY3717278xxxx."
(vi) Visit the GDex website. Enter your Tracking Number in the designated field.
(vii) Click the "Track" button to view the real-time status and location of your parcel as it makes its way to you. Now, with your Tracking Number, you can easily stay informed about the journey of your parcel through the GDex tracking service.

Note:Your tracking number will be generated once your order has been shipped. You can find it in the "Order Shipments" section of your order details. Please note that it may take some time for the tracking information to become available after the order has been dispatched.

Can I order Online and store collect?

Can I return an item?

What kind of product is Stolle milk?

Where is STOLLE Milk Powder manufactured?
