Dr. Robert Stohrer is Chief Officer of Immunology Research for Stolle Group and now a member of the Stolle (M) management team.
Prior to joining the Stolle Group and Stolle Research and Development, USA in 1985, Dr. Stohrer studied immunoglobulin gene expression as a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
He holds a B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Notre Dame and a Ph.D. in Immunology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
During his tenure at Stolle USA, Dr. Stohrer has managed the basic research program responsible for developing the immunogens and the associated immunoassay technology that has been critical to the success of the Milk Biologics program.
He has also been active in the study of the beneficial effects of various milk fractions and has expertise in the fields of immunology, vaccines and inflammation.
